1-Conditions Of Acceptation
The client has the full knowledge of these particular conditions of sales on the screen before placing an order and declares to have accepted these conditions without reservation. 2-Products
The pictures illustrating the products will not enter into contractual fields. If any error is found in these pictures, the CubeCrown will be held responsible in any case. For the reasons of hygiene and security, products bought will neither be changed nor be taken back.
3-Orders
Systems of automatic recording are considered as being proofs of nature, time and contents of order. The information’s given by the buyer when placing an order bind him with CubeCrown: in case wrong labeling of the buyer's coordinates, CubeCrown cannot be held responsible for non delivery of products to the destinator.
4-Price
The prices are labeled in euro, pounds sterling and US dollars. The indicated prices do not include transportation. The postage prices will depend on the geographical location and the weight of the client.
5-Payment
The price of the product is payable by counting the day of the effective order. The payment is done by credit cards via Klik and Pay. The order placed by the client will only be honored when and only when the center of bank payment has given a go ahead order. In case the center answers negatively the order placed will not be invalidated and will be cancelled.
6-Disputes
The present contract is subject to British Virgins Islands. CubeCrown can be held responsible for damages incurred such as material or corporal damages at which may result from the bad use of the commercialized products. The responsibility of the CubeCrown will only be limited to the price paid when by the client but will not be held responsible for any error or mistake existing despite all the precautions taken during presentation.
All reclamations or contestation will always be attended carefully, good faith will always be presumed with the person who takes time bring his grievances. In case any dispute, the client will always refer to the enterprise to get an amicable settlement.
7-Guarantee
In all cases Cubecrown will be held responsible for any existing legal laws in the country where the product is being sent. The responsibility of CubeCrown is limited only to the value of product in dispute that is the real worth at the product's sale date.
